Interview
Process consisted of phone calls with the recruiter and hiring manager, a sample project and in-person interview with four people (hiring manager, product manager, VP of product and VP of marketing). The questions were straightforward. The project was very specific to their products and required additional time to learn about their process (they claimed it'd only be an hour).

Interview
The interview process moved fast until I was ghosted. I did the HR screening, at the end of the call I was immediately scheduled for the interview with the hiring manager. Before the 2nd interview I had to do a compulsory AI knowledge assessment. The second interview went well and I was invited to deliver two case studies (one take-home that I had to deliver beforehand, and other one that would be discussed live during the interview). The case study interview was done with the hiring manager, head of demand gen and COO/co-founder. After few days I was told they chose another candidate but I never received feedback on my interview which I think it's the minimum after all the time spent preparing the case study. HR never got back to me, I also sent a LI message to the hiring manager (who connected with me) but never got a reply. Being this the final round, it would be fair to receive some more details on why I wasn't selected.
Applied via their website, recruiter got back to me and first video interview took around 30 minutes. She gave info about the team, asked my experience and background for product management and marketing.
