My hiring process was interesting and consisted of several parts. Firstly, I sent a resume, then company manager called me and invited for interview via Skype to find out my English level. After that, when they were satisfied with my English, I received an opportunity to attend QA school during a month, where I've got some basic theoretical and practical knowledge about QA. Then it was skills test, I passed it successfully and after that I had another interview this time connected with my acquired knowledge at QA school.

The interview process was pretty interesting and useful. I not only answered questions but also learned interesting information that will definitely be useful to me in the future. I felt comfortable answering the questions.
