I applied online. I interviewed at Data Systems Integration Group
Interview
I had a screening call with a recruiter and within minutes I was asked to complete lengthy forms. One of the forms required that I provide references and even a picture of my driver’s license! I complained about this as I felt much of it was too early in the process. After filling out this info and blacking out my PII on my ID, I was told to expect an invite to meet with the recruiter’s manager soon after. This was necessary before my application could be submitted to the client. This is where things fell apart. When I noticed that the invite from the manager didn’t arrive that afternoon as promised or even the next day, I followed up and was told that it would **arrive** (not sent earlier) within the same small time slot I told them I would be available to meet that day. When I indicated that this would not provide me with sufficient notice, as I needed to coordinate other appointments that day, the recruiter just repeated the same info. It was obvious they didn’t respect my time and that their scheduling process was unorganized. I therefore withdrew my application to save myself from further scheduling headaches. No wonder their company has such poor reviews.
