DSAC recently consolidated its US headquarters in the Boston area, and not everyone who were given job offers to move to Boston accepted, so they needed experienced people on board quickly in order to maintain operational performance. Operationally they are PeopleSoft based, with a lot of MicroSoft office applications. Several individuals were hired, and they look for both experience and individuals who can work well with others. At the Concord facility, they have an exercise room, plus a kitchen facility with free soda and energy drinks. Management sets tight controls, and are friendly. They are not supportive of distance working, so the Boston commute can be an issue at times.
