Asked my previous experience... If interview goes well then you take a timed skill test.. Once you pass then you take a walkthrough off the plant and come back for orientation, given your schedule then you start
Went through security first. Next you walk into the building, sign in, and wait for the interviewer to retrieve you. You go to the office where you are interviewed. Given a fast tour of the facility and then are told they will get back to you either way.
