They just short listed by the Resume, no Aptitude test was taken, they wanted my students from our college, took 24 students among Electrical, Mechanical, civil and EnTC, equally divided almost.

Started with Intershio and Projests, they wanted to test our core structural knowledge, SFD and BMD of portal frames with verious diffrent types of load. modes of failur in column, beam, slab, footing.
Interview technical round - Asked question about Bending Moment diagram and shear force diagram for beams and frames (With sway and without sway). Then asked about the project I was working on.
