The initial interview was a strategic mix of casual conversation and business acumen questions, enabling the interviewer to gauge my experience. The second interview dove deeper into how my experience would translate into the role and whether or not I had the necessary skills, knowledge and work ethic to achieve the company’s desired outcomes of this new role

I was asked about my experience within MRP/ERP - the amount of SKUs I managed, how adept I was, and the types of reports I utilized/created within this system.
I was asked about my communication styles which dove deeper into how I maintain effective relationships to collaborate with teammates, stakeholders and suppliers
