I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dandan Global
Interview
Internal recruiter set up a time to call, said my experience was impressive, and then forwarded my resume to the account manager. Kept saying that the account manager will get back to me in a few days, a week goes by, I phone her, and she says that I have a 'niche experience" and that calls for rejection. I was extremely confused what they wanted out of that interview--- first they give false hope and then degrade your experience. The recruiter had more incentive for me to bring in recruiters to train rather than help someone financially struggling to begin with.
I genuinely felt depreciated, as my experience in west coast companies wasn't considered positive for some odd reason.
I think Dandan emphasizes being a millionaire too much, instead of looking at how her internal recruiters are actually evaluating candidates.
Interview questions not that great, could be better.
