Unorganized and unprofessional process. The hiring manager constantly confused job expectations with those of other roles and focused the majority of the interview on skills and experiences that were not listed on the job post for the position.

Thank you for applying for the open sys admin position. We have 9 easy questions that will take a few minutes. 1. Are you stronger with Windows or networking? 2. How many years of Microsoft Hyper-V experience do you have? 3. How many years of Microsoft Remote Desktop experience do you have? 4. How many years of Office 365 experience do you have? 5. Can you migrate email from X to Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online - EASY, SOMEWHAT EASY or NEED TO REVIEW? 6. Can you take a server with 20 hard drives in it and make it a RAID 10 installing a host Hyper-V operating system - EASY, SOMEWHAT EASY or NEED TO REVIEW? 7. On a Hyper-V server can you install Virtual Machines assigning roles and resources to the VM's - EASY, SOMEWHAT EASY or NEED TO REVIEW? 8. Do you have any 2-factor experience? If so, please describe. 9. Do you have any backup software experience? If so, please describe.
