Completely ghosted after meeting with recruiter. Had what I thought was a good 30-minute conversation where we walked through my resume and previous marketing director experience. I’ll never know what I could’ve done to improve or why I wasn’t selected because of the lack of response. Meanwhile, the role is still posted on Daisy’s website several months later. I lost a lot of respect for Daisy after this.
