I applied online and a few days later, I received a request to schedule a phone interview. On the day of the interview, the Recruiting Coordinator said that she was scheduled for a meeting at the time of our interview and would have to reschedule. I didn’t have the interview scheduled with her so I knew it was a lie. She never reached out to reschedule. The entire process was very unprofessional and sent major red flags.
