There was an initial call with HR, an initial call with the editorial director, an edit test, and then a final interview. Everything was pretty evenly spaced out, partially because the edit test was quite long. It contained a few stories that needed a fair bit of work, a fully written story, critiques of the site, and plans for social media campaigns.
