Interview
Interview process was standard with one difference. The interviewer started by talking about himself first and then asked questions. Most questions were behavioral with one technical question being given at the end.

When faced with a difficult decision, how did you go about making the decision
calulating heat load,design project preparing bills etc,autocad sheet read and design discus with client and negoitat price with client deal with a team of techanchian undrestanging them a problem dealing with large project in a short time of periods
Phone interview with a hiring manager going through resume and expectations. On site interview had multiple panel interviews with a mix of behavioral and technical questions about the refrigeration cycle and heat transfer.
