The interview was casual, consisting mostly of impromptu questions. It felt like more of a conversation than an interview, which was refreshing. However, this firm did not have the consideration to inform me whether I would be proceeding in the interview process. I have not heard from them since my interview, despite following up and sending application materials (writing samples, my transcript, etc.) that they requested at the interview.
