Recruiter calls. Asks basic questions. Move you on to the hiring manager. Due to covid, there aren’t any tours but they might have you come in and look at the facility through a window. Asked about availability and career goals and job expectations. Say you’ll get a call within a few days to be assigned a training class date.

The interview process for DaVita is very smooth. They are really good with communication and keeping you updated with the new information. Very thorough and set all expectations. Shani was very energetic and made me feel comfortable.

Working with Shani was a wonderful experience. She is very kind and supportive and represents DaVita very well. Her support helped make the process much easier. Shani has been the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with and I am grateful for the experience.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
