Application, then an email confirming application and asking to set up an interview, then an interview with a DaDa ABC representative, and then required documents (for pay or proof of eligibility to work), then another interview online with a DaDa mentor, then the contract proposal comes.

Interview
It was bad. I was well prepared. The interviewer just came in and asked me a few questions. She then told me to get ready to do my mock lesson and she disappeared.
The next day I got a letter of rejection for a lesson I did not even do.
She also rushed me to answer.

You have an interview with the employer and after that you have a trial lesson with a student. After that if you are accepted you receive a salary offer and a contract.
