A numerical test followed by a programming test
3 Interviews:
1. HR round to assess the motivation behind applying for the role and the company
2. Tech Round to assess the required skill sets
3. Final round of interviews with the senior management

Questions on probability, statistics, logical puzzles etc.
Market making round
2 assessments to start - 1 mental math one coding
1 HR interview that was about 30 minutes about background and why trading
2 technical interviews focused on probability questions and market making games
1 final behavioral with COO and founder focused on projects and skillset

You will get a link to a assessment test if they accept your application. The quantitative assessment test was interesting. I would not give the details but would say that it requires a degree of quick mental math and also some level of intuition regarding mathematical concepts. Unfortunately I could not qualify, should have practiced a bit more.
