Quite a difficult interview process. Requirement is too strenuous. Excellent communication is required. It would have been good if the selection round was a bit more stringent and easy going.

Have 2 interviews. 1st is for language assessment and 2nd is with the operating manager. After 1st iv it takes about 1 week and half for the recruiter to contact you again to invite for 2nd iv.

1st interview : Language Assessment This basically test your english skills in grammar, reading, free speech and role play as tech support 2nd Interview : with operating manager Discuss day to day job. A normal interview mentioning your goals and if you are okay with the working hours
First round will be conducted to test the communication skills.
Second round is Technical round testing the basic knowledge about technical aspects.
Lastly Ops Manager interview which is one-one.
