At the point of application, I was assess against different behaviours during the selection process which included writing about Communicating and Infuencing.
Managing a Quality Service
Making Effective Decisions. After pass that stage I was sent an invitation to do situational judgment test which was a video recording.
Application, test and then the actual interview depending on if you’ve passed the sifting stage.
Interview was very clear and explained prior to the interview.pre recorded interview so it was much easier to be yourself.
