There literally was none besides maybe what I thought my responsibilities were gonna be and that's it (I can't remember exactly) and I just signed forms and the "interview" was over. Afterwards they showed me the times for when I would need to do training ( costs around 100$ if you get one of the first training's) and basically told me I was good to go and that all I had to do was pass the training and I could lifeguard.
