Interview
Easy process, final technical project presentation for the Manager (Tony?) at the end (on site). Walk of the facility after. Then offer several days later. They were horrible with getting back to me. I did get he offer (pretty low ball). Then Tony get offended when I communicate by bare minimum. Toxic leadership/culture! Overall waste of time for anyone who brings value.

Interview
The interviewers are friendly and enthusiastic to learn more about you. They really ask questions that are related to your CV and some of your knowledge regarding machining tools. Overall it is a very fun and relaxed interview if being compared with other similar companies.

Interview
Application was through website. At the time an engineer with 4 years experience.
Followed by a group phone interview where I went over my experiences and current skillset. And to why I would be a good fit.
Next was an onsite interview with about 5 engineers and the head hr person as well as president of Davis site. Had to do a presentation of 5 slides. Answered personality based questions. Nothing too technical. Thought it went quite well. Followed up with emails. Never heard back .....
