I had a really disappointing experience with DM Merchandising’s interview process. I was told during the interview that I’d hear back either way — but after weeks of silence, I finally had to reach out myself just to get a response. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be left hanging after putting in time and effort to prepare and interview. The interview itself went fine and everyone seemed nice, but the lack of follow-up and basic communication afterward says a lot. It’s probably an indication of how business is done there, and that’s not a culture I’d want to be part of anyway.
