Online interview during which I was asked about my background. Then a demo class online with lesson plan. 2-3 Chinese staff watched and commented on it. That was about it.

Skype call with a mock interview. Took about an hour, you are given a basic lesson premise and asked to teach it. The interviewer pretends to be a student and asks questions. Beyond that no other questions were asked. They provided the opportunity to ask questions, but there was some difficulty as the interviewers English was decent, but not great for complicated discussions like asking about company policies.
