There was an initial phone screen, then three panel interviews that were more technical. Two follow up calls at the end to discuss offer. Technical interviews were pretty easy. Just wanted to hear about my resume. Definitely several personality-type based questions.
Brief, enjoyable conversation over the phone. Discussed my existing skillset, the needs of the company, and logistical considerations. The interview was interesting because DISHER assists with the hiring process of some of its partners, so I wasn't technically interviewing for a job with DISHER, but rather for two positions at two separate companies.
Phone screen by recruiter felt patronizing. They talked of participating as part of their “bench team”, which felt a bit self aggrandizing. In the end, not a great culture fit for either party
