Question 1
How do you stay organized? How do you plan on ramping?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISCO (Austin, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
I went through all the rounds at DISCO and had positive feedback during and after each round. The interview process was not difficult, but they did make me prepare a presentation for the final round on-site. The next morning I get a call from the recruiter saying that they were very impressed and implied that I should be hearing good news. Ultimately, the team decided to prioritize other candidates with more experience (I have 2 years experience and this a "development" role). They ended up taking down the position and reposting it about a few days later.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? A few basic behavioral questions.

Interview
3 Step process, was not chosen for the third step of the interview despite researching thoroughly the company responsibilities on top of a referral. Was not given feedback or reasoning either. Do not recommend unless you are an experienced salesperson.

Question 1
Your most proud accomplishment, previous experience, how to handle rejection.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DISCO
Interview
Initially the interviewing processed seemed nice. I was reached out to by a recruiter and scheduled a phone screen. The phone screen went well and the recruiter even said they really liked me. They told me they would email me if they decided to move forward. I got an email about a week later stating that they did not decide to go with me at that time. When asking for feedback they told me they decided to go with someone who was further along in the interviewing process. If they decided to go with someone further along in the process, why waste time by reaching out to new candidates. I understand there are quotas to hit, but it is rude to waste someone's time and enthusiasm. Then the job was reposted about 2.5 weeks later. It was just really a let down, not that they owed me a job, but that the feedback was basically that I should have been quicker for a position that I was reached out to to apply for.
