I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DISCO (Houston, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview is really relaxed. You get to sit down and talk with management as well as people who are currently active in the role you are applying for. There is NO posturing. The active employees will be upfront with any questions you have.
You get to follow some of the SDR's for 15-30 min and see if this is something that would fit with you!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DISCO (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interviewer first postponed the interview last minute. When the actual interview took place I had the impression she had no idea about the questions she was simply reading out of a script. She clearly want familiar with the role and we couldnt have a conversation about it but simply answer questions she ignored the meaning
This was a 3 round process - two phone screenings and one 2 hour video interview with 3 different employees. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes the process feel as it is more of a conversation each step of the way.

I applied online. I interviewed at DISCO in Dec 2020
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews, the first two rounds were phone calls, and the final round of interviews were the lengthiest and conducted over zoom. The interview process was very straightforward and transparent. I always knew when I would hear back from DISCO during the interview process, which is a courtesy most companies do not give interviewees.
