I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. They mostly want to know about you, what personality traits you bring to the table. If they give you an interview you are most likely to get the job, they are just looking for you to offer enough enthusiasm, talking skills, and helpful personality in order to show them that you are good with clients and sales.

Interview
Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.

Interview
Very simple. One phone screen and then an in person interview with the floor manager. Overall very simple process and very few questions. Got offered the position during the second interview.
