I entered the store and I waited (about 10 mins) for the operations manager to meet me for the interview. The interview was held in the cash office, standard interview questions were asked, no surprises. I then had to fill out a questionnaire about work place ethics and sign a form.

In person interview they asked me questions about customer care. It took them a few days to call me after I applied. The interview was maybe 15-20 minutes. I wore athletic clothes.

Easy 3 questions and asked about myself. Once done I was asked to complete an assessment. That was easy as well. They gave me the job on the spot and asked when I could start
Super casual and very inviting environment. Really enjoyed the interview. Gave time for interviewee to ask questions. Very flexible in scheduling. Interviewer was an assistant store manager and held great conversation.
