I was brought on to the team when it was still owned by Chick's Sporting Goods. The store manager asked me generic strengths and weaknesses questions. It lasted approximately one hour and was very simple. I received the phone call that they were offering me the job approximately three days after the interview had taken place.

Very short - phone screen followed by an in-store interview. The questions were mostly centered on retail experience, customer service questions, and availability. The entire process took about 3 weeks.
It isVery easy. It is Super chill. It is Really good people. It is Easy to talk to. It is Not too formal. The manager was chill. The expectations were clear. It was not awkward at all.
