Very easy. You go into an office and they ask you basic interview questions. It was laid back and calm. Although that might have just been because of the person interviewing me.

The interview itself took about three weeks to actually happen, and during, it was very baseline. Standard and easy, but still not transparent about your wages or scheduling. Questions were asked about said wages and scheduling, but the answers were vague and disappointing.
