Rounds of phone interviews. Then a half day of in person interviews. For this position, they were all soft interview questions. I didn't have to complete any problem solving tests or demonstrate software competency on the spot.

Are you able to handle short and long term deadlines simultaneously? Are you able to tell people what they don't want to hear? What questions do you have for me? And then they kept asking me what questions I had for them (about 5-6 times).
