I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Naperville, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied online and within a week got a call to set up an interview. When I went in to the interview, I ended up waiting for a at least 45 minutes which was not very respectful of the interviewer, but she was very nice in the interview. it was fairly relaxed and was focused on my sports life and past experience. At the end of the interview she asked me to take a quiz (which I found out afterward is actually really important to the interview process) and met with a higher manager. she told me she wanted to hire me as an apparel associate and we discussed pay. I was hired that day and started the next week.
