Strange as it was a lot of people and did not feel like it benefitted myself when going through it as it was chaos most of the day. Overall I think they should look to do more personalized interviews.

First had a phone call with HR and then on site interview with numerous managers. On site was quite inconvenient as it was far. The on site interview was a whole day affair.
