I went through a 3-stage interview process, first HR Interview and afterwards management interviews. The timeline was reasonable and the interviews were focused on my skills. What I really liked was that there was a concern with making me aware of the company culture and goals and making sure we would be aligned in terms of values, including in how we see talent acquisition and recruitment. I really liked that there is a focus on people and proximity leadership and that's what made me become really interested in joining.
