Interview process was way too long, we had to do multiple online assessments, to finally get to the assessment Center. I think the process could have been more efficient. We were all given the same tasks which made the whole process quite fair.

Interview
To be a GROW, you need to complete a couple of assessment tests which includes aptitude sort questions, a case study and a role play. The assessment center either takes place virtually for 2 days or physically in the Post Tower in Bonn for 1 day. At the end you are informed of the decision if you have been accepted or not.
