Interview
Received call from headhunter. Not a local office. Pre-screened. Followed by a second interview (phone). A third interview was set up in the local office. A fourth interview was set up for a few hours later. A fifth interview was scheduled a few days after. I was then called in for a six and seventh interview. Finally a final phone interview. A total of eight interviews.

None. Typical questions. Nothing you can't handle.
There were 5 rounds. 1st round was Aptitude test, 2nd round was Group discussion, 3rd round was Personal Interview, 4th Round was Psychometric test and 5th round was Last personal Interview with VP Ops India. The process was smooth with quick updates from recruiting team.

Interview
I received a call after applying online for an interview. Interview went well, the manager seemed and impressed and told me that I would hear from them. They did not contact me at all afterward even after I followed up. I can understand if I was not a good fit, but if you tell me you're going to contact me, contact me.

Discuss some of your experiences with coaching associates.
It was a Video interview with 4 questions about leadership, operations. Safety and I can’t remember the other questions. Review operational questions and behavioural questions. Prepare and practice in front of the mirror or ask someone to listen while you are answering the questions.
