Interview
It is a scam. I had a chance to interview for a CSM position, and it went well. The recruiter asked me if I'd be open to moving forward with the next steps and meeting directly with the Head of Customer Success. I said yes. I never heard back, even after 2 follow up emails.
The job has been up on LinkedIn for 3 months now with over 100 applicants. I find it hard to believe that they are genuinely looking to hire.

Interview
Felt very normal. I applied online and was reached out to by Lynn after a few days. I had the first interview and it went well. She asked me if I was interested in moving forward and meeting with the Director of CS, which I said yes to.
I have not heard back since. Ghosting candidates after agreeing on next steps is unacceptable.
