I applied online. About a month later I was contacted to have a short 1/2 hour long call with one of the managers. Two weeks after the call I received an offer

Very pleasant and professional. Asked relevant technical questions. Phone Interview. Interviewed by two engineers on the project. The whole process was about 30 minutes. The whole recruitment process was fairly quick.
