the interview is going well and friendly, but they emphasis the long working hours and high working pressure. But no any follow-up email, even hr said the management was still considering.

Methodical but easy if prepared. Interviewed with direct boss, team members that had been on the account for many months/years and account lead. Also interviewed with GCD. Found the position through a recruiter. Did not prepare me for the interview, just got me in the door.
