DCM Telemarketing interview questions

1st Interview was done on the phone and the second was online. I t was fast, they always get back to you the same day or the very next. The person on the phone is very patient and understanding.

After filling in the application on-site and waiting for a while, I was interviewed by a very nice hiring manager. After discussing my work history and qualifications I was asked to do a role play exercise. They were testing my selling ability - and since I had no sales experience (they knew that from the get go) it was not the easiest process for me.
