If you're looking to have your time wasted then apply to this company. Was put through to this position by a recruiter. Initially met with someone for a same day interview because they were looking to hire someone immediately. Had a decent interview and two weeks go by without notice and then I finally receive a call to come back for another interview the very next day with one of the directors.
Fast forward 6 months and this same job has been re-posted over 5 times by this company and several other agencies. So two things to note here... obviously they weren't really looking to hire someone immediately otherwise it wouldn’t have taken them half a year to do it. I think this company is waiting for a perfect candidate that doesn't exist so either way they are wasting people’s time. Secondly after two interviews there is not even basic decency anymore for a company to give you quick phone call or email to let you know they are not moving forward. They didn’t even let my recruiter know that they called me for a second interview which I think was really unprofessional.
