Phone call for 30 to 45 minutes for you to showcase your skills and abilities. It was a smooth encounter. More on how you wanted to become a teacher, challenges inside the classroom.

The interview process started with meeting with the recuritment team at DCPS. The interview was brief but asked about teaching experience. From there each school had an individual process with pretty straightforward teaching questions.

Fairly easy and quick. Took approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the interview process. May or may not be required to present a demo lesson plan. Be prepared for behavioral questions and research the school(s) you’re interested in working for
