Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward. You will get an update has you progress through the process (stage 1-4). Then you will be placed on the teacher pool. You then go through and pick a school and interview that that principal. You got this! Teachers are needed everywhere!

The interview process started with meeting with the recuritment team at DCPS. The interview was brief but asked about teaching experience. From there each school had an individual process with pretty straightforward teaching questions.

Fairly easy and quick. Took approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the interview process. May or may not be required to present a demo lesson plan. Be prepared for behavioral questions and research the school(s) you’re interested in working for
