Big waste of time. Complete and total waste of time. 1 phone call interview. 1 video interview. They asked for unpaid, real-world spec. work. A new "browsable" homepage and an email campaign. I sent them an NDA to cover my bases in case they just wanted to get work from different designers (which looks like I was right). I had to follow up a week and a half later to find out that they pulled the job posting and are not actually hiring for that position anymore.
