send them a cv. then they give you a 2 day notice before they call you. call lasts 10 minutes. overall it was like a normal telephone interview. it is outsourced.
First stage was 10 min telephone interview talking about motivations and walking through my CV. Video interview was technical and focused on commercial awareness then online assessment, expecting an assessment centre afterwards.
one first year and one associate each asking behavioral and technical questions. they asked basic questions about resume, why IB, Why DCA and after the technicals willingness to relocate to DC. The technicals aren't hard if you do a lot of prep or in finance
