was called up for the interview by the HR team. First round was just introductory with HR. Second was with the department head, which i cleared and got selected. Then received the offer letter which I negotiated and agreed to join on a mutually consented amount.

Director Project interviewed, for him IT and ERP are like Greek Latin, but as I was coming through a known source as well as had around 20 years of similar experience, i was selected.
