They insulted me for not having done an internship because I didn’t ask to start at a super low salary after offering me a phone interview. There was no salary range listed anywhere since I was offered a phone interview for the position after applying to a different position at the company so I shot in the dark when asked for a range and suggested a low number and the guy audibly got angry that I didn’t request something even lower.
