Interview
skype call arranged by mails with the CEO and technical advisor, previous CTO at the time
1) call with the previous CTO was about my previous experience, no particular questions about my skills or competence, neither technical or personal, no test or riddle to be sustained
note: the current CTO may employ a totally different approach
2) call with the current CEO: 3 riddles plus a technical question regarding aerospace engineer
no explanation about the company status, the current business or the foreseen employment area

After few weeks from the application, I got an email in reply to the application in which they asked me the availability to plan the video call,
Interview with a technical engineer of about 1 hour and after 1 week the email with the feedback
