Quick response from organization once I applied. Interviewer was frank and a good communicator, really seemed to be searching thoughtfully for the right person for the job. Questions were tough, but not asked in an intimidating way. This definitely helped the interviewer get honest responses from me, which i think ended up benefiting both of us. Note: I wore a suit for the initial interview, and was glad I did. But also wore one for the second one, which I should not have done. A little less formal would have made a better impression during the second interview, and would have shown that I noticed the culture.
