Intensive interview process. I received my initial interview at a career fair, followed by an all day on-site interview. During the on-site interview, I met with about 8 different people including the V.P, managers, and engineers. The day was long, but each interview included time for me to ask questions about the company and type of work I'd be doing. It's meant to be a two-way interview.

Very long interview with multiple engineers and a technical question. I met several engineers asking about my past, behavioral questions, a technical coding question, and a facility tour. Overall hearing more about the company and how it's structured makes it seem like a great fit for anyone willing to push themselves.
